Dr. Jacinto Blas Mantaring III presented IRB/IEC Responsibilities and Dr. Salvacion Gatchalian presented Investigator Responsibilities. PCRP was represented by Ms. Grace Mendoza Ms. Anna Maria Ordinario, Mr. Al Ryan Baniqued, and Mr. Rodmar Pulido.
